Transfer News : Arsenal Transfer target reject new deal in Paris Saint Germain
The 21 year old has seen playing time hard to come with the Paris outfit preferred Marco Verrati and new signing Leandro Peredes as a starter and have one year contract to run.
The world cup winner has attract interest from Arsenal and Rennes with Arsenal registering an interest in January and will return with a bid in the summer.
Arsenal will be hoping to complete the deal as they have no intention in keeping on loan midfielder Denis Suarez .
