Chelsea consider making £40m move for on-loan Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic
Europa league champions Chelsea are looking to strengthen their squad and will consider turning the loan deal into a permanent one ahead of the new campaign .
The Croatia midfielder appeared 51 times while on loan with the London giant last season and have a £40.3m release clause which the blues will like to meet however with the transfer ban being impose on the blues , they will have to wait for the final decision from Court of arbitration for sport (CAS)
